Good bike, delivery could improve
I ordered the Engwe P26 and it's a solid e-bike for the price. The ride is comfortable, and the motor has enough power for my daily commute. Assembly was mostly easy, though one of the tools included wasn't quite right for a specific bolt, so I had to use my own. It arrived in about 8 days to Berlin, which felt a bit slow compared to other online shops I use. The packaging was adequate, no damage. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about tracking. Good value, but shipping speed could be better next time.
